Don't believe everything you hear...

I do not believe that they are relocating for their work.

I honestly don't believe anyone should be paying double-digit interest rates for hard money, and I'm on a mission to change that. 

The question of how soon, the answer is much sooner than any of us wish to believe, As humans expand into new territories both geographic and genetic. 

I believe in progress based on solid fundamentals and experience.

I believe it is just common courtesy on top of me spending money to send out the letters.
