Showmojo is MUCH more customizable, to the point of being very intimidating if you aren't a professional property manager.

If there aren't any good comps in the area, I would move on and not take the risk.

My questions are for those who have heard about the technology, are open to using it to streamline their workflow, but aren’t sure how it works or how to incorporate it into their work:1.

What's the point in trying to invest remotely in markets where the numbers aren't THAT different and you have to rely on the honesty and kindness of strangers? 

It took me awhile to figure out how the author came up with the numbers that were provided in the summary numbers for the end of year 4, but I believe I figured out at least part of the mistake.

Those aren't going anywhere so there's a strong economic base but also looking at the city logistically it has all forms of transportation with a high volume of traffic coming through.
