Better than mail, just call the Craig's list listings, newspaper ads, or the landlord's you find in those little booklets found at grocery stores for apartment units.

Hi Paul,Is it too expensive to advertise it in the Sun newspaper, or in some of the Spanish language publications?

I get alot of calls from my newspaper advertising and was wondering when i recieve these call can I just blatantly and legally just ask if they have section8?

It wasn't easy because I had to look through newspapers and various sites but I did find it so now have a pretty nice little package of properties to bring to the table and put up a greensheet and Houston chronicle ad.

One method I am using is looking in the financial newspaper where they publish the names and addresses of "foreclosures".

Why don't you put an ad in your local newspaper saying you're looking for Real Estate Investors to sell your properties to.

You could always ask if you can add your own advertisements as well in order to get it rented faster since many won't advertise heavily on newspapers, Craigslist or Facebook for example. 

Would you want to have a lawsuit Complaint advertised in the newspaper saying how upset they were with the realtor and how they were trying to force hm stay with them? 

@Oscka FlockaIn the beginning I would call on properties for rent in the newspaper.  

Perhaps a Hispanic newspaper is in town?
