Dump trailer, Air Compressor,, 18 gauge Brad nailer, framing nailer and 25 gauge pin nailer, sledge hammer, contractor grade trash bags, gloves, eye protection, ear protection, plastic, painters tape, frig tape, list continues, about 100 more but my fingers are getting tired. 

Make sure that you keep documentation (i.e. receipts for painters, supplies, etc.) on hand in the case that the tenants try and dispute the charges.

I just got a pretty good price from my painter to repaint the two bathrooms, let me know what you think!
