(skip to the bottom for cliff notes) I caught wind of this through the National Achievers Conference with Tony Robbins, Robert Herjavec and Gary Vaynerchuk.

I would recommend Gary Weinhaur with Cleveland Mortgage Corp for all financing - easy or sticky, he'll get you through it.

I think one of the best books on this topic is "One Thing" by Gary Keller.
