I am very eager to get started agent and have already set up my appointment to get finger printed.

I will say that in about a 4 month period, I have already invested about $1,000 towards getting my license (Pre-licensing course, test fees, new licensing fees, finger printing fees, office fees, MLS dues, Realtor dues, ect.)  

Unless the tenant fingeres out a way to purchase or she doesn't accept an offer from an investor - they will list it MLS.
