It's sometimes difficult to find a CPA who both specializes in real estate and is located close to you in Kansas City.There are lots of good CPAs and Enrolled Agents on Bigger Pockets who work remotely and have clients all over the country.

While there has been a ton of investment in the university to turn it into a top tier research university, the development really hasn't spread out to the surrounding area.The University of Houston is the third-largest university in Texas by enrollment, with over 40,000 students.
