Can anyone recommend a great English fluent accountant that’s familiar with The tax laws pertaining to RE investing?

It brings to mind the old English saying, " A fool and his money...".I don't know that this guy is not a scammer; he may very well be.

They left a lot of stuff out, to be sure, but I still know more than 95% of the investors I talk to and a lot of that is all the training I did.My brother has a $100k+ English degree from an Ivy League school and has never used it (he's an actor).

Unfortunately, my handyman does not speak good enough English to respond to potential tenants in the manner (and personality) that I would like.
