I have inspected it ...and decided to ask city inspector for an opinion. he showed up, told me it meets village standards and everything is good. so I went further.

University District, Green Acres, Rosedale-Grandmont, West (Indian) Village, East English Village, maybe SW Detroit.

If you don't get a response, show up at the next village board meeting and wait until there is a point in the meeting open to the public and bring it up there.

Slavic Village and Clarke Metro- Slowly coming back, but will take a while.

ON the other end of the spectrum there is almost no cash flow in the Elmwood Village but, there are A class assets, massive tenant demand and its been appreciating over the last 10 years.
