We went to court and the judge sided with us for there was no proof whatsoever that we did anything that was irresponsible enough to say that it was our risky behavior that could have led to the fire.

But can the title say "Land Trust" or does it need to be referred to as Grantor Trust or Living Trust or whatsoever?

I'm not trying to low ball whatsoever so if that came across unclear in my original message, that's not my intent.

There's so many different ways that you can sink your teeth into real estate it'll make your head spin.

I cut my teeth investing in my local market, and then branched out once I had a decent grasp of what constituted a good investment.

I sat for my RE license earlier this year, cutting my teeth with KW & C21 training, and eventually hung my license with a wholesale broker. 

I've had my teeth kicked in more time than I can count from business.

As easy as this sounds, it's not simple and usually like pulling teeth.

No complaints whatsoever.
