After graduating from college I kept my frugal student lifestyle, investing everything in real estate.

Students, illegal immigrants, druglord bust is occurring on regular basis.This is Burbank Unified School District with one overworked superintendent above a principle.

Student housing, parolee housing, senior living facilities, drug rehab related, military housing.......

If you want primarily medical profession tenants, it will dramatically narrow down the number of buildings that would work for you. 

Most of the time agents, brokers or lenders hosting meetups and prohibiting others in the same profession from coming.If you're hosting a Meetup in Minneapolis or Saint Paul isn't the purpose to freely share information?

It's beneficial to get something closer to the west side of Lafayette because it'll attract graduate students from Purdue (just be sure to do proper due diligence with screening).

Need to learn to bill an hourly rate like other professions who value their time.

I am still paying of student loans and debt and don't have much money saved up.

Yesterday 3 college students wanted to apply to rent this 4 bed/2 bath SFH.

My question is, is it possible to get into real estate without having a full-time job(I'm a student) I have the ability to save roughly 10k/year while in school, so i guess I'm asking how I would get financing(if possible) and if any of you have any beginner advice.Thanks!
