@Barry Ratliff   WOW what a history and wealth of knowledge....you'd be a fantastic speaker at any investment club.If you are accredited, then I would be looking at syndications.....NNN, apartments, storage, industrial warehouses....that's the passive part.Almost everything everyone else says is passive is probably really active....even these activities above can be somewhat active until you hand over your money.
