And I remember reading in one of Robert Kiyosaki's books he said that financial intelligence is stemmed from your vocabulary that you use; just how a doctor has his own vocabulary and a lawyer so does an investor, a sophisticated investor most definitely.

Now, if you are dealing with another investor, someone who can be seen as commercially aware, then you have no obligation to inform a more sophisticated seller.The very best words for a Realtor to use are "see your attorney" unless they are one.Those are also the best words for investors or operators to use as well.

I have a crew but the problem with the crew of 18 you allways have to take jobs to keep them going and if you stop and go with having work the good guys will walk on you and also there is alot of borden with Tax pay role liability .Try dealing with 22 guys I feel like Dr field sometimes dal with things that have nothing to do with the work.
