In our society I find the probability of a home inspector saying "hey, if you find anything I missed within 90 days call me and we'll cover the costs" to be very unlikely.

Read your financed sales contract to be sure, but up here in Huntsville, ours say: SURVEY: It is recommended that whenever title is passed a new survey be obtained which meets the current standards of the Alabama Society of Professional Land Surveyors.

My biggest concern is the lack of affordable housing in our city for folks who have led a good life, worked hard during the years they could, contributed well to society, and are trying to survive on small pensions and social security retirement income.We are doing our best to keep our rents affordable and our senior tenants independent in their homes as long as they are able.

Most exterior remodel work needs to be approved through the historic society so you have more hoops to jump through. 

Hi,Are there any LA or Minneapolis based Biggerpocket members who are buyer brokers with the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) or SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office realtors) designation?

I have not heard back from her, but she is a responsible member of society from what I can tell, and has means so @Mike Hoefling I will definitely be seeking any losses from her after this is sorted. 

Fixing the outside can get very expensive and you must get society approvals ahead of time for any changes or fixes.  

Society won't be talking about how the Federal Reserve debased our currency due to the fact our clown government can't ever balance a budget... they'll instead target "greedy landlords" and will impact us in a negative way, no doubt. 

Our society does this all the time.
