Utilities, site upgrades, engineering?

@John Mason Hi John, I live and work with realtors that serve that area.

There are a lot of great licensed and experienced pros on this site that are happy to answer basic questions, but don't turn to an estate planning attorney on here and ask them to prepare your will for free in the DMs.

It sucks to live in a job site, but you can go slow and conserve cash as opposed to renovating the entire place on a deadline to get it rent ready.

Now we have all sorts of fake lenders trolling SM sites promising the moon telling folks what they want to hear and scamming them out of small and Big dollars some of these folks lose 10s of thousands to these folks.. with the  line  " Hey its going to fund next week just need another 5k for some BS item"

I'm about to begin my journey as a commercial real estate developer by constructing a 20,000sqft building in Georgia.What do I need to know about analyzing sites, pricing development, planning build out, getting tenants, etc. as I get into commercial real estate development?

The advantage of using a new build, when available, is a first-come-first-served environment instead of the multiple offer pay over list market in resale product.  

And sites that do have stats for your particular area, like Furnished Finder, don't show average occupancy currently.

I not only joined this site for the knowledge, but in hopes to find a community of like minded people that are interested in helping others to grow.
