Hey I did deep search in a lot of sub markets throughout different states.As I see, the average profit per average property is around $350 per month.Anyone else can confirm?

@V Reddy First, setting up an LLC to invest in real estate is generally to limit personal liability and for asset protection (select "magnifying glass icon" in top-right corner and search "LLC", you'll get a lot of feedback).

I too also saw that this post actually came up BEFORE their actual website in my search results (maybe because I'm already a member of BP now...).

Furnished finder even has a search tabs for potential tenants that is by the room. 

Side note, I'm pretty sure you can search the forums and see wholesaling mistakes, costs, etc.How do you qualify that coach?

What are the areas that are the best to search for an STR for, and which ones are not?
