Primarily how can I fully examine a persons role in real estate before going into business with them?

Ultimately if you do not have anyone in place to fill that role, how can you ensure protecting your investment/s?

Its cheap, you get alot of information as well as exercise!

Just measure to the nearest inch even nearest 6 inches is fine (this is a budgeting exercise).
