I'll update the scope of work prices later this week but in short, we're doing all flooring, baseboard, doors hung, door trim, refreshing upstairs bathroom (paint), total downstairs bathroom rehab for $10.5k.

It is a completely new and refreshing cell phone experience on all accounts.The G2 does have a slide out keyboard which is helpful but it does take some getting used to.Overall I would highly recommend it to the BP community!

Your only issue is language and culture barriers - they're very foreigner shy and where the good deals are, almost no one speaks English - so you have to rely on turnkey operators like ourselves.Personally, the vast majority of our portfolio is Japanese, with euro and USA hedges - wouldn't have it any other way, but I'm biased. ;)
