Take the plunge. 

Some markets are plunging, others holding fast, some are even rising.

@Shabreya Bangura I have gone to several Lunch and Learn meetings with the Triad REIA, but I haven't taken the plunge into actually purchasing a membership because the paid meetings don't really fit my schedule AND I haven't needed the discounts that are available as a part of the membership quite yet.

There are also, however, drawbacks to taking the plunge into this increasingly-popular rental model.

I've found 5-8 plexes...usually on 2 separate deeds, but I haven't made the plunge on any of those.

For those buyers willing to take the plunge, there are opportunities out there.
