Many investors (especially here on BP gravitate towards the C neighborhoods due to the perception that they will receive more cash flow.My opinion on a B neighborhood vs a C neighborhood is that in a C neighborhood you will have periods of time where you do make much more cash flow on your C neighborhood properties then you do with your B neighborhood properties but there will also be more times where you need to put money back into your C neighborhood properties than your B neighborhood properties.

Unfortunately, the general perception in society and specifically in this industry regarding Section 8 is that whoever is provided Section 8 assistance is "low" class.

The investing model you develop for yourself will empower you to be able to take action and feel comfortable in whatever investment you own/flip/or participate in.I would also change your perception of debt so you can see the advantages of leveraging debt for cashflowing assets.

Stock is harder than real estate as market is only a PERCEPTION, market is based on other peoples feeling and no matter how technical you want to get, it will be very difficult to predict, you just have to follow money trails and be smart about it. if you win 50%+ of the time, then you are a winner, nobody wins all the time.
