In the last 10 years, the chamber and community leaders have worked hard to bring in more logistics jobs. 

It has a fairly robust economy, with the exception of high tech and medical jobs, with a large shift in the last decade to being a logistics hub for So Cal due to it's central location (the major HWY arteries to the rest of the county run right through the IE) and has some of the largest concentrations of large warehouses rivaled only by New Jersey, the median income is a little below the Cal average by about $10K and about $5K higher than the national average, but, it has been growing.

The tenant provides fraudulent documentation attesting to their need for an emotional support animal (usually a fake emotional support animal letter).The landlord can demonstrate that making accommodations for an ESA would impose undue financial burden or logistical burden.

This environment has attracted many companies to the city, which has resulted in job growth and economic development.Strategic Location: Located in the heart of the country, Kansas City has excellent transportation infrastructure, making it a hub for logistics and distribution.

Just need to have a loooot of capital gain to make it worth the 1031 logistics. 

Logistics is the big one that comes to mind.

TBH I wouldnt hold my breath on what they decide - its a logistical nightmare.

What are some legal/logistical things that are crucial for a potential investor and landlord to know about investing/owning in New York state that I might have overlooked (or in any of these markets in particular)?

But my main question for you all was logistical;  should I have the house appraised post-renovation and approach my insurance for higher coverage to protect my investment. 

Would the logistics be the same?
