There are lots of ways to split this particular hair.

In stock cabinetry I only buy for commercial buildings such as Hair salons and small break rooms.      

If my hair person does a good job and listens to what I want....but some stranger across town is $2 cheaper...well, it would be weird to leave someone that I trust. 

I'd always suggest having an iron, hair dryer, coffee pot or Keurig, TV and internet to go with a changeable lockcode on site if you want to be high volume. 

Won’t find a new one below about 96% anywhere since I still had a hair line.

I’ve found that spare linens, coffeemaker (with coffee supplied), bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, tissue, paper towels, bottled water, and if you want to add an extra touch...a bottle of wine.

If it is hair or toys or paper products, and within five feet of the fixture; or before any point where another unit or home joins a common line, as long as the condition of the line itself is not the cause of "catching" the debris; or if the line itself is bellied, broken, or has root intrusion.It may be educational to sit in on a couple LL/Tenant Court sessions to see how the local Courts rule on "wear and tear" vs. damage.

You can always tell the experienced ones - they either have gray hair or no hair! 

I know it sounds like I'm splitting hairs but some banks write HELOCs in their residential department....which won't write Investment Properties.
