New outdoor amenities, new common areas, and new modern apartments!

I market my places with "Indoor plumbing and an outdoor cat*".

As is typical in older Indiana properties, there are no garages, only outdoor, off-street gravel parking lots, which are shared by all tenants.

We purchased outdoor seating furniture, cookware, plates, cups, and cooking utensils What was the outcome?

I suspect the Windy City needs more, so I would at consider putting two walls on to protect it from anything blowing in.If I had the money, I would build a covered deck that would keep the weather away from that area and could provide some outdoor seating space for a tenant.

Thanks for the advice, yes one thing I thought about doing is updating the 4 plex to newer appliances, new floors, and maybe a fresh outdoor paint on the bricks.

I saw SimpliSafe outdoor cameras were only $170 each and the tenant could install it themselves. 

A few of my friends have been using Blink outdoor cameras. removing them after the job and using again. also have friends that use ring for the front door.
