There should be details on what happens with future bookings.Contact Evolve: Reach out to them and ask about the specific process for terminating your agreement and what happens to the bookings.Have a Plan for Guests: If you’re able to transfer bookings, ensure that guests are notified well in advance, and the transition is seamless.Since you’re new to STR investing, taking the time to clarify these details will help you avoid any surprises or disruptions.

10/16/24 - Update:I finally reached out to our HD contact (Brian) and he initiated the process on October 18th by forwarding my email to an internal contact and requesting the upgrade.

I want to put it out for rent and bit nervous about the process.

If it keeps you up late at night, then maybe you should start the process.

The review process for each submission takes about a month, which further delays progress. 

Considering you are one month out, recommend starting the process now and set your closing date just passed that 6th month.  

A couple of questions:1) How and what is the process to file the ATI exemption2) As a non-resident, do you always pay 6% vs 4%?
