Learn how to analyze a deal, get in contact with some wholesalers/agents and attend walkthroughs and do a "sample analysis" after showings once you get a better idea of rehab costs.

Do you have more info on the financials/cash flow?

I wonder how many of the people taking those courses think it is an easy option to get into real estate vs doing the reading and figuring out info on your own or going to local meet ups? 

I'm not sure where you got your info from but this is an illustration of the fact that there's a huge amount of misinformation when it comes to investing overseas, here and elsewhere so be careful who you listen to.

We have a PMI of $250 a month and I’d love to get rid of it.I contacted the bank for a request for PMI to be lifted and they denied it.They said I could order an assessment of the house through them and then if house / condo come up with enough gained equity then it might be possible .Does anyone know the best first initial steps to order a home assessment ?
