This was fraudulent false advertising and misinformation.I demanded that they buy back my properties. at the price I had paid them, to reverse their scam, and they refused to respond.

As Jerry mentioned, the seller doesn't have to provide the property as security and to say the seller was foolish is an understatement IMO.Your intent was of hiding the loan made from a hard-money or any lender is unethical, while there was no security interest given not disclosing the obligation to any lender would fall under a fraudulent mortgage application if that debt was not disclosed.
