We are seeing a similar trend in recent months - folks coming in from away, thinking prices are real cheap, and not taking the time to learn the neighbourhoods before buying a 150 year old building on a sketchy block, which has had no love for the past 30 years.You can find good deals in Saint John, but many of them are going to required a re-investment exceeding the purchase price.  

I blocked the number and moved on.It happens, you move on to the next one!

They either had only four or five days booked in a month, or literally every day was blocked off on the calendar until the end of the year.
