Found a guy down in Las Vegas who had just been licensed a few months earlier and was looking for business.I sent him drawings of what I wanted, along with photos, did a couple of Facetime sessions.

Is there still value if the additional sessions are NOT purchased?

I suspect many could have got more out of this aspect than I did.I found the quality of the sessions varied, but in general were good.The top reason I think you should attend BPCon is for the motivational aspects. 

Many of the sessions I thought I had selected were showing as available or full.

I quickly started watching his radio shows and eventually got pulled into attending this "strategy session" on the "rich dad world" website (again, can't beleive I fell for something this stupid... literally shameful..) that ended up being emotional and psychological manipulation to get you to buy his course on something I didnt need, but became convinced I absolutely needed and would change my life.

I have discovered an excellent organization here in Nashville for virtual networking - https://www.reintn.org/I have participated in a couple of county specific networking sessions and a STR webinar.

The workbook they send in the mail is about half full of more like therapy sessions and learning your why, what kind of traumas are stopping you from being the most successful version of yourself, typical guru space filling fluff.

There is also a daily live question and answer session you can log onto and get immediate answers to pressing questions. 

He not only trades during the sessions, he’s also making deals in the bar most of the night (“the best time to strike a deal is when the other guy is happy”).
