No worries Michael :) I think that's where I would need to figure out what my next step would be if I hold until December of next year to sell.To your point, at least renting it long term until then might be my best bet in bringing in consistent rental income, rather than an inconsistent and more costly short term rental.

This, coupled with the ADP data is giving traders reason to bet that Friday's Non-Farm Payrolls will be better than expected and potentially give the Fed enough data to start tapering on Sept 18th.

I really see Columbus Ohio as an extremely safe bet for the next 10-20 years.

Continue to surround yourself with other investors and you will be amazed at how much you can learn and progress through out your real estate journey.

They might be more willing to bet on the deal you've found, especially if the numbers make sense.
