I personally live my life by the famous quote "its easier to ask for forgiveness than permission" so outside of the laws look at an areas economy, sports venues, college towns, etc.

I would much rather go to a pancake breakfast at the vets club, a chicken BBQ at the Elks club, a carwash for the local high school sports team, buy candy for an educational trip to somewhere for kids, Donate to the Lions club for the loan closet......

Would you hire a coach who had no experience playing the sport?

I notice there are quite a few people in L.A renting out pretty big fleets of vehicles so I'm guessing they must be making good money or they wouldn't scale up like that .I looked at the LAX turo lot prices but it seems like the fees would eat up a lot of the profit.There was a reddit thread I saw where this guy said he was a former Uber driver and now he's renting out a fleet of sports cars ( like BMW M4 , Porsche 911 etc) on Turo .

That project wrapped up and I landed another project in South Dakota, a couple city parks and a sports complex, as those projects were rapping up the Good Lord blessed me with permanent good full time work in Jacksonville FL.  

I am interested to see any replies you get on this feed.A couple I like so far are Pinnacle Bank and Metro Phoenix Bank.

I have a decent sized farming operation, manage a very busy sporting goods store my family owns and have a feed business that all divide my attention as well as the 5 rentals I already have.
