Thanks, HELOCs the way you want them probably structured as a DSCR do not really exist to the best of my knowledge, you can do an investment loan heloc for a super high cost, but you will be subject to a traditional conventional underwrite.

It often might take asking why 5 times to get to the root why.Also, I notice that often that why shifts...for me in the beginning, money was important because I thought it gave me power, and growing up I was pretty insecure due to a lot of high schooling bullying...come to find out the power does NOT COME FROM MONEY, but rather from within after identity who you want to become and don't let your past define you.

@Chad Verdesorry if this comes off as negative / discouraging but rates are high so this is likely what i call expensive money.now on the other hand, if you can do a cash out refinance, pull cash out, still cash flow, AND you have a specific opportunity - fine.
