@Brian NewsomeYes, you claim depreciation for ~11.5 months 2023 --- as I recall on SchE.It will all be recaptured via the other tax forms, e.g. f4797 and something like the SchD tax worksheet.Depreciation unrecapture can be pretty wacky on the forms if you are trying to figure it out yourself.

In one market I am in I have a website setup via channel manager about 18 months ago and have no clue on SEO and only made about 12 Facebook posts in the last year BUT 42% of my bookings for all 3 properties came from my website.

Yes, we indeed did own the property until about 2 years ago when the bank took it back via deed in lieu of foreclosure action.
