All properties will freeze with no heat and pipes will break.When the temperature gets below zero for any length of time we do have more freezeups with mobile homes.

Morevoer, when outdoor temperature is over 85F (in Irvine, CA so everyday), there is no cold water from the sink/shower, etc.
