Every time I visited the electric furnace is constantly on high, even when they go to work (LOL). thats another story. they swapped out my 7 programmable thermostat for a non-programmable one...go figure. was told it was too complicated.electric bill are individual bill and water bill (although in the tenants name) is still tied to the property because it's a city service.

There is also a basket with embroidered makeup removal washcloths my wife did up.In the main linen closet there are 12 more towels, 6 hand towels and about 6 washcloths.In the master linen closet there are 6 more towels, 4 more hand towels and 4-6 washcloths.I also have a ton more in the owners closet so I can just swap them out as needed.

From reading the forums, I gather that most landlords here change the filters themselves because clearly you cannot depend on the tenant to protect your $4k investment.The problem with this model is the time spent driving to the rental to do the swap.
