I believe it a good opportunity because it is next to a university and is rented by students.

I also love art, music, and finding host families for foreign exchange students. 

I have a student rental across the street from biggest U in CLT.

I own a unit in a high rise building in New Brunswick NJ that I typically rent out to college students via my own network.

Well I am currently still a college student and got a 750+ credit score just by putting my purchases on a credit card and paying it off every month - I didn't have any large loan history like a mortgage or a car up until this point and used my life savings to purchase the two homes.

Due to my profession time is quite limited and I'm trying to look at all the options in Real estate investing. 

They send (students) out like an army of ANTS  to do the heavy lifting analyzing and finding properties.

I am currently a business student and I have always been kind of interested in real estate investing, but have always been told that it's to risky and therefore just began to realize that the people that think it's to risky are also people that don't own ANY real estate(with the exception of their own home) so....
