I don't remember which show it was, but I definitely remember the speaker saying they mail to a list of a few thousand people mail to the same list multiple weeks/months in a row to get the deals flowing.Best of luck!

The meetings are full of local investors and investor agents and they have fantastic speakers each month that really digs into the ins and outs of real estate and investing. 

Without knowing whether it's a speaker/audience format or just pure networking, I'd say the biggest advice is to talk to as many people as possible and ask as much questions as possible.

If you want to attract a more experienced crowd, many of them will likely prefer straight networking, even though many of them won't necessarily oppose the education component.Running my local networking event I found that a topic/speaker is a must.

Too busy doing deals which keeps my schedule full, got tired of the BS that appeared at several, and mostly logistics (there is just not any good ones I know of in the SFV which is convenient for me.If you get enough interest for the SFV, let me know (for weekdays).If we get the SFV meetup going, would you be interested in being one of our first speakers?

I just use the built in speakers that comes with the HDTV from the factory.

I forgot when these are held but easy to look up You have FIBI in Pasadena run my Christina Suter, she is incredible and brings in awesome speakers third Thursday of every month I believe) You have LareIa run by bill in San Gabriel (second Wednesday of every month) this one is the one I frequent the most outside of FIBI.
