Both units have been month to month since June 2020 the language: "with the Tenant(s) having the option to continue to occupy the Premesis under the same terms and conditions of this agreement under a month-to-month arrangement (tenancy at will) with either the landlord or tenant having the option to cancel the tenancy with at least 30 days notice or the minimum time set by the state whichever is shorter."

The insert looked amazing and comes with little shelves and even foot rests to put your leg up on if you are shaving your legs.

My "compromise" with myself is that I pay 1/2 of my mortgage payment every two weeks, resulting in 1 extra payment / year and shaving about 5 years off the loan.

(like I'm driving away eating all that before the ice cream melts!)  

I struck gold on my first shot, His answer was there is a house, it really isn't really run down but it has been vacant for well over a year in the next block, it is the  cream colored one in the middle of the block.

I found a big safe hidden and cemented under the flooring in one house..It took me 2 full days to grind the lock out and all I found in it was lots of metal shavings :-(

But because you pay based on the loan balance (not because The Joker is sitting behind the scenes selling you poison shaving cream) your first payment includes $618 worth of interest and slowly decreases from there.

It is fair to say that these months do not seem to bring out the cream of the tenant crop.

Ended up shaving off a few months from the original 30, nothing significant.
