Just some examples of how effective tax planning can really come in handy as you may start scaling up further.

If you are just getting started, you don't have the scale of the bigger groups who may be on a master policy and have a premium much lower than what you'd qualify for. 

Then factor in your letter, paper, ink, printer cost, they add up quickly for the scale you want to do.

I currently closed on a property and am looking into ways to continue to scale.
