As a turnkey company they have a true production line to rehab their homes.

Making the decision to buy a company’s stock or buy a company’s products are two quite different things and types of investments.

I am looking at Lennar in my area and the front end incentives are hard to pass up.Lennar is a mid-tier large production builder.

However, the home is in quite poor condition and disrepair and will require a lot of work to get to this value. 

You can't legally deny someone because they are "section 8" prospects..you can, however, deny a tenant for other speculations, such as bad credit report, poor rental history etc..I don't see why you wouldn't want to rent to section 8 prospects though?

People down here operate at a different speed, and everyone who comes from out of the area is aghast at how poor the customer service is.
