My point in this is that since you’re young and don’t have 10s of thousands of dollars in the bank, it may be a good idea to be prepared to learn how to plunge a toilet (a toilet plunging company is $120-$175/hr) and a toilet snake is $15.

Find a property and take the plunge!

Unfortunately I have made many excuses as to why not take the plunge initially but the time has come to start really taking action. 

I have looked into this avenue a bit, and will end up doing more investigation, but have not yet taken the plunge.

After a few months of researching properties and listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast, I made the plunge today and got a pro membership.   

We’re in Mass and We’re new to investing, but it’s a dream of ours to do it and now just happens to be the right time in our life to take the plunge.

Recently, I finally took the plunge for myself and decided after upgrading to a bigger house, to keep the 1st one and rent it.

I'm new to investing, currently learning as much as I can before taking the plunge.  

We think we will be ready to take the plunge early 2021.

The Deathspire (Burj Khalifa nee Burj Dubai) has a pretty good view, and I understand hardly any laborers plunging off of it these days.
