We've got to be at the computer, making sure the listings we found allow pets, pied-a-terres, require 40% down, parents buying for children, knowing the rental policy, have a flip tax, or are indeed still-available, never mind in the right location and price point for our clients.

In this case they were making money on my rental by charging three roommates more than the total amount of the rent and allowing them to bring in all the pets they wanted.Instead of evicting them I raised the rent the exact amount of the rent they were charging these folks.
