It would be nice to buy a property and start my career out that way, but I feel that starting a sales person, as much of a drag it may be, is how i should start to learn most of the paper work and how to deal with sellers, loan officers, and other property managers.

What I can say is it seems your using extremely limited tunnel vision when considering options, sell or rent is like saying how to get to Grandmas for X-mas, fly or train, and leaving it at that.

Your property needs to show in pictures and in person as well as or better than http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/2...If a buyer is looking at your house I guaranty you they are looking at the one above!

Choose the right person as it is expensive to get people removed, better to wait an extra month than take someone too soon.

If that doesn't work you could always give a homeless person a free place to live for a couple of months.

Real quickly I sent each person a quick message, simply letting them know that I saw their property was in the process of getting foreclosed on.I've already had one person respond to me with their phone # and requesting me to call ASAP.

He never mentioned anything about prize-fighting and didn't come off as a "Guru", just a hard-working dude making his living by renting out properties in Ohio.You can look at the photos on the web sites and see if they're the same person, a skill I'm terrible at.
