Hey all, in researching wholesaling and general RE investing I've been seeing a common pattern that I would like to some clarification on.

However, Cape Coral has some large tailwinds helping it out such as the massive influx of people (look up recent articles by UHaul on migration patterns and they cite Cape Coral/Fort Myers in specific), low supply of available rental and housing, and overall desirability due to weather, proximity to the Ocean, price point, low taxes, business-friendly state, etc. 

At the Turning Stone event, Jaime had fielded a similar question - iirc she was thinking that the 3rd time or so you were in court, the judge would see the pattern and uphold the eviction.  

Aloha,Not sure if this works well in a cold location, I do not recall seeing it in the Midwest, however here we often install CMU blocks directly in the dirt (sometimes with gravel bed, sometimes just compacted dirt base), in their usual upright orientation, with the open cells filled with dirt and planted with grass, and the blocks spaced to maintain the "pattern" of the crosshatch.

Those are a medium grey and white pattern that were a house warming gift from my mom.

Most recently we brought in a patterned set and even that is stained.
