Here a quick tip for when you are interviewing companies ask them this question "what are you steps to address a broken hot water tank"If they answer, send a plumber out and address the problem, you know they'll charge you an arm and legIf they say, they'll walk the tenant through trouble shooting steps like resetting the pilot light, you know they'll save you money

She has also presented me deals locally and OOS.Realtor: Through Redfin/ zillow / har - spoke to a couple of realtors then picked the one I liked the most.Property mgmt: google search / BP- interviewed at least 3, picked the one I liked the most.

Thanks for sharing.I do most of the same but I do not want them to apply.I takes to much effort to review the app prior to pre screening.Every potential tenant has to answer prequal questionnaire first.Then the visit is scheduled for those that qualify.Then the app, if they appear to be most qualified based on their answers and initial in person screening.Just like a job interview.

It drive me nuts when a successful person is being interviewed TV, Radio, Podcast whatever and the interview ask something like "what's your prediction about xyz?"
