I know people at the H/As locally and I think the decision here is they get fixed amount from OHCS (and local funds) and think more vouchers at lower rates is better than fewer vouchers for more.

Their policy changes including price increases, charging for every little thing as an "add-on", complicated GUI and the lack of fixes of known problems (posted by their "community" on a Facebook Group), and super slow ACH deposits (which take 10+ days!)

Here are a few:- Loose stair railings that you decided to fix next year instead of now because money is tight.- The wasp nest that you noticed underneath the front porch and decided to disregard.- A hot tub that isn't wired correctly because you hired the housekeeper's husband to do it for you for 50 bucks.- The shiny new barbeque grill that you had the housekeepers place on the wood deck next to the railings.- That quirky, and warm, light switch that you didn't notice because you haven't been to the property in a year.- The shower that you noticed is awfully hot but failed to check into it more before you left.And so on.

I really don’t want the seller to just walk away because the U&O is too difficult (I also went through this process about a month ago with another home.)Should I call offer some advice/contractors number to hire to get it fixed up, go get a lawyer involved, or do I have other options?
