He is allergic to cats, so when he's rolling up carpet and cleaning out air-filters, I'd hate to find out he had some sort of wild allergy attack because this tenant weaseled his way out of the paragraph prohibiting pets.

Haven't heard that exact phrasing since the Preston Ely days. lolAs a wholesaler, in the beginning I ran into so many problems "finding a deal", putting in under contract and then immediately running into panic attacks trying to find a buyer in time before my EMD and inspection deadlines.

First, this is a business and you need to do what you have to do.Second, military bases have housing for families and they probably will be able to get it.Third, assignments at bases usually are for 2-3 years, at least when I was active duty, so they would be moving eventually anyway.Expect them to resist you on this though, and attack on your patriotism possibly.
