Haven't heard that exact phrasing since the Preston Ely days. lolAs a wholesaler, in the beginning I ran into so many problems "finding a deal", putting in under contract and then immediately running into panic attacks trying to find a buyer in time before my EMD and inspection deadlines.

Would it make more sense to attack all of the student loan debt prior to looking for another rental or put some of the income toward a down payment on a new rental.

First, this is a business and you need to do what you have to do.Second, military bases have housing for families and they probably will be able to get it.Third, assignments at bases usually are for 2-3 years, at least when I was active duty, so they would be moving eventually anyway.Expect them to resist you on this though, and attack on your patriotism possibly. 

And I TOLD him how to do it too, but you were instantly in attack mode you didn't even see I told him how!
