Josh,This sounds like a great step toward one of the requests I passed on to you - to have a good set of FAQs assembled for the BP site.

We have included some sample letters assembled by Vena Cox-Jones that will assist you in knowing what to say and how to say it.

Installation is not like assembling cabinets.

The price for assembly, is minimal, and having it done in the shop properly verse on a job site can not be compared.

This in addition to minimizing risk for a client by not having single points of failure also helps in assembling a menu of best of breed providers across the spectrum. 

Cut it, sand it, stain it, urethane it, assemble it. 

Prefab ADUs are often the most cost-effective choice, being less expensive and quicker to assemble on your property. 

They have their own lawyers that do the title searches and will assemble all the necessary documentation to close the sale.
