My primary focus for the Houston RE market are flips and wholesaling.I'm also interested in attending RE meetups and networking sessions if anyone knows of goods meetup dates this is something I'm highly interested in as well.I'm pretty new to the Houston Tx market and would like to know more about knowledge on the area such as up and coming neighborhoods, market trends and general location of the neighborhoods.

Every day, I would google a specific area of real estate and learn more about it.While you read a lot, attend as many open houses of properties for sale in your area as possible.

If I allocate the time to attend a real estate meetup then I sure as heck am going to make it a priority to get to know someone while I'm there.

I would talk to other private investors in the area, may be attend a meet up or an investor meeting and ask around there.
