Hello, Everyone I currently have a duplex under contract in West Palm Beach,FL and I am going back and forth on whether to wholesale the deal or keep it to try and do my first buy and hold deal I normally wholesale my deals but I am interested in doing my first buy and hold as well, I don't have any experience with it at all I have been trying to use the rental property calculator but I keep getting a wide spectrum on cash on cash return not sure if I am doing it right since it's my first time using it.
