., @Greggory Lewis, yes there are other MHP, I called about 10 and 3 got back to me so far, one sits a more affluent area, but I surprised to hear $510 a month including utilities, another was $350. both of these sit in slightly more affluent ares but only 20 minutes from for sale park.
